Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking
The full balance must be paid during your stay, most usually when you check out
If you wish to pay for your whole stay in advance please call a member of the reception team on 01946 726 229
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable, although in exceptional
circumstances we can move your deposit to a later booking providing we are able
to re-let the room(s) on your original booking
If you cancel your booking less seven days before your stay we reserve the
right to charge the full amount of the room booking if we are unable to re-let
the room(s)

We are fully GDPR compliant and will not share your data with any other party unless required to do so by the police or other relevant authorities.
We will normally only contact you about your booking, but may occasionally contact customers with our own special offers
